Privacy note
the short version: this site stores nothing about you unless you leave your address — and then it stores exactly that.
Who is responsible. [NAME, ADDRESS — same as the imprint], e-mail hello@thelongroad.game.
No tracking. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no fonts or scripts from other companies, and embeds nothing from other servers. Every request stays between your browser and this server.
Server logs. The hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure service). These logs are the hoster's; they are deleted on the hoster's usual schedule.
The mailing list. If you leave an e-mail address at the fire, this site stores exactly two things: the address and the moment you submitted it. No IP address, no name, nothing else. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) a GDPR. The address is used for a small number of mails about the game's release — no advertising for anything else, and it is never shared or sold. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any mail (or writing to the contact address above); the address is then deleted.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. One mail to the contact address above is enough.
